Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we will exchange or accept returns of any unworn and saleable merchandise - for a full refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt.

Returned merchandise must be in new unworn, undamaged, saleable condition, with original tags, labels and packaging

We are happy to honor requests for adjustment if your merchandise was purchased at regular price and then reduced within 10 days of purchase.

Special orders for altered items or personalized/monogrammed items, and items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition. We will document if rarely contested

A $9.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for each one authorized and received return.

Gift With Purchase and Packaging: If your order includes gift with purchase, garment bag and / or special hanger or packaging, please include such when returning any item; credit will be issued promptly when received accompanying purchase.

- To submit an exchange or return enter your order number and either your shipping address ZIP code or the email address used to place your order.
- Select from one of the return or exchange options
- Once approved, a pre-printed merchandise Return Label will be issued in our portal. Place the pre-printed FedEx shipping label on the outside of your package.
- Returns and exchanges must include the original packing slip and ship in the original packaging
